2. Pregnancy Journey Membership Program

Comprehensive support working in parallel with your OB or Midwife to elevate your pregnancy and postpartum experience.

What’s Included:

• Comprehensive initial consultation whether you are in preconception planning phase or early pregnancy.

• Monthly check-ins during pregnancy with ongoing support and education of lifestyle, nutrition, fitness, and changes in your body.

• Fourth Trimester Care: This stage is so important with many changes occurring! Why wait the standard 2-6 weeks for your OB postpartum office visit? We offer continued postpartum care and support for 6 months to thrive and elevate this stage. This includes a visit within the week of your delivery and monthly check ins for 6 months.

3. A La Carte Services

Best for patients seeking flexibility without the commitment of membership. We offer traditional scheduling with more time, education, and personalization than traditional practices. You have the option to schedule follow ups as you need.
