Elevated Women's Health is a direct specialty care, concierge practice in Evergreen, CO, offering services from adolescence to the golden ages. Choose the flexibility of a la carte or membership options for direct physician access, longer visits, tailored health plans, and close follow-up. Available via Telehealth or in-person visits.

  • Supplemental physician membership program for preconception, pregnancy, and postpartum experience. We are not present at the delivery or your office visits with your delivering Obstetrician but working alongside. As patients, we often need more support than traditional practices provide and as providers, we want more time with you!

  • Changes are happening all through a woman’s life so let’s make the most of them and get ahead of them. No need to suffer or worry about what is to come.

  • Guided by Lifestyle Medicine, Focusing on Nutrition, Movement, Fitness, Community, and Longevity.

  • Hormonal changes occur in almost every decade of the female life cycle that then affect our body and functional skills. Puberty, pregnancy, childbirth, and life before menopause need our attention.

  • Irregular periods, Painful periods (dysmenorrhea), Heavy periods (menorrhagia), Adolescent GYN issues, PCOS

  • Working closely to help match you with the best options as we are all individuals.

we are

Lucy K Rice, MD is a board certified OBGYN. Elevated Women’s Health was born out of a desire to spend more quality time and encompass full hormonal and lifestyle health with each patient as well as further pregnancy support than time allows in routine practice. I offer unique, individualized care and relatability. Sometimes we are looking not only for tests or treatments but guidance through a journey to health and improved living.
